Overall objectives of the module:

To understand the role of CBET in developing real-life skills;

To introduce the idea of CBET, its concept and topicality in relation to vocational education;

To show how CBET can be implemented at school or through developing materials;

To provide guidelines how to define learning outcomes and objectives;

To apply the acquired knowledge in practice.
The expected outcomes:
Teachers will have raised awareness of the concept Competency-based education and training;
Teachers will have developed understanding of the way the CBET ideas can be implemented in the study process;
Teachers will be able to apply their knowledge in professional activity.
